PretUnfortunately, I wish I could give them stars.Extremely poor avoid at all costs, staffs poor, foods poor, and this pret doesn’t share the same high quality, friendly service and food, as the one I am most familiar with on Eagle Walk, which I’ve ordered from Eagle Walk on many occasions, with no problems. This shop should be ashamed, compared to the other one on Eagle Walk, the people running it give Pret as a company a bad name and those people in there don’t care about you. They don’t meet standards as we usually order from other prets. Is it because of where they are from? No offence but they seemed like they had no idea what and how. Prices at there are rip offHowever, a significant issue came with the wraps, their preparation completely differed from the usual method at all Prets. Instead of being placed in the food heater until someone eventually came to pick it up and eat it, they were stored in the fridge and needed individual microwave heating from the barista. As a result, after I received the wrap, they forgot to warm wraps up till I was reminded them they gave us bad attitude. Also I had to sit down and frustratingly wait for up to minutes for the wrap to cool down. The microwave heat seemed overly intense, causing the wrap to become FREAKING hot... This kind of ruined my meal because this wrap struck in paper and damaged my wrap. Waste of money and will not go there at all

I was so dissapointed in Pret. The prices are ridiculous. The quality of food was low. The toastie was burnt one side and not cooked the other. The kids sandwich was barely filled with cheese and was £. for a miniature sandwich. The cheese toastie is marketed as classic and had mustard in?The dhaal soup was cold and disappointing.

Ordered porridge which I’ve been ordering for a while , and for the first time it came without honey and dry fruits, which makes it taste completely different. Asked Uber one to either deliver the other part of the order or do a refund, got nothing except that next time I should be checking if the restaurant has got all the items when placing my order shocking ! On the same order was iced latte which was delivered without the straw , brilliant, should I be drinking it from a mug then or check if the restaurant has a straw before I place my order? Terrible service

It's the closest coffee spot from my work, so I go there multiple times a week. The staff is friendly and efficient, I often get my coffee just as I'm putting my wallet away! The place is clean and tidy, well stocked, and I all the times I've been there I've never seen anyone having anything to complain about. Great team, great coffee shop!
